PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• PROJECT PLANNING, SCHEDULING & CONTROLLING, preparing and establishing well structured-resource / cost loaded contract programme (EPS, OBS, WBS and RBS) using P6, provide support to the construction management team during the construction phase of the project with design related and prime contract issues. Preparing / monitoring / updating project baseline or target work programs including effective utilization / monitoring of budget resources (material, labor & non-labor / equipment). Measuring project’s performance using Earned Value Analysis (EVA) in Primavera Project Management (P6).

• PROJECT RISK MANAGEMENT,preparing detailed risk analysis; tracking identified risk, monitor residual risk, indentify new risk, executing risk response plans and evaluating their effectiveness throughout the project life cycle.

• CONSTRUCTION PRODUCTION MONITORING, preparing and monitoring weekly forecast and actual construction cost and productivity of the project.

• CONTRACT MANAGEMENT, planning, executing and controlling company’s awarded contracts and ensuring contract compliance.

• COST CONTROL & BUDGET MONITORING, measuring, recording and calculating work

  accomplishment and analyzing cost reports.
