Emmanuel Udo has twenty four (24) years of onshore and offshore oil and gas experience in Project Management, Tendering, Construction Engineering, Fabrication and Construction Supervision, Engineering Design, Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CADD), Studies, Pre-commissioning (punch list preparation and management) and Commissioning, As-built Engineering and Project Close-out. His experience in project management includes project initiation (including review of Statements of Requirements and endorsement of Project Initiation Notes (PIN)), preparation and review of project control-related Appendixes to bid packages, participation in contractor prequalification, bid evaluation including resolution of bid clarification, review and approval of contractor project control systems, review and approval of contractor invoices for payment, preparation of Weekly and Monthly reports to management, end of month financial closure, variance and claims analysis, schedule impact analysis, etc.

He has extensive planning and project controls experience working both for major EPC contractors as well as major multinational E&P companies both in Nigeria and overseas.

He has held lead positions (including Project Controls Manager, Project Controls Site Rep, Head Project Planning, and Lead Planning Engineer, Senior Cost/ Planning Engineer) with full responsibility for the entire engineering, procurement, construction planning and development of integrated EPIC schedules for projects up to USD 1Billion.

Fully conversant with the Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication and Construction work processes on LNG/ Gas projects including offshore jackets, sub-sea pipelines and topsides. Fully conversant with the Civil, Mechanical and E&I scopes and the schedule management/ subcontractor interface responsibilities.
