• Involved in the CP07A packages from Design Stage (Concept, Schematic and Detailed Design), Procurement (Tender, Evaluation and Award), Construction and Testing & Commissioning Stage.
• Evaluated and assessed Extension of Time (EOT) Claims in collaboration with Contracts Department and in accordance with LREDC General Conditions of Contract such as but not limited to Sub Clause 4.6 and using Time Impact Analysis method or any appropriate method as required and in collaboration within PM/CM Team such as Design and Construction Team.
• Accomplished 14 nos. EOT claims and recommendations to the Client.
• Performed ROM Time Impact Analysis of Potential Variations for General Tender Committee Approval
• Review of Consultants Monthly/Weekly Progress Reports which focus on but not limited to KPIs, Schedule Variances and prepare notification letter (if required)
• CP07 New Lusail Strategy Overall Master Schedule Development and Periodic Update in collaboration with CP07 Packages PM/CMs and communicate to PM/CM reporting team
• Involved in the Tender and Prequalification Technical Evaluation for CP07A, CP07B and CP07C Construction Packages
• Reviewed Contractor/Consultant Execution Programme (Baseline Programme) for newly awarded CP07 Construction packages such CP07C-1C, CP07A-1A South etc. in accordance with the LREDC General Conditions of Contract
• Performed What If Scenario in collaboration with CP07 PM/CMs.
• Attended Weekly Progress Meeting and Ad hoc planning related meetings.
