- Prepare the delay analysis for mega project claims; prepare Time Impact Analysis for EOT claims for Infrastructure Mega Contract (Muhibbah Engineering Middle East) in southern Qatar “Construction of Roads and Infrastructure at Um Al Houl” for MANATEQ – Special Economic Zone QEZ-3. - He identified the list of event, examined them against the approved program of work and prepared delay appendix of the claim report.
- He Lead successfully the delay claims for mega infrastructure project, for Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Camp, Duhail, Qatar (M$ 1,200).
- The scope of work comprises more than 30 buildings and the infrastructure networks as well
- The project scope comprises all internal roads including parking areas, parade grounds, internal boundary wall, hard and soft landscaping works.
- It also comprises sewerage system, storm-water drainage system, potable water distribution system, irrigation network, firewater distribution system, chilled water reticulation, power distribution, communication and security system containment and associated low voltage network, street lighting and parking lot lighting and Tie in points to existing services.
