Supports project management to achieve service excellence. Provides and monitors schedule and set weekly targets for all departments in the LPG project. Coordinates and updates project status by checking and ensuring set daily project targets are achieved. Keeps track of project deadlines and prepares daily, weekly and monthly progress charts and reports. Collaborates with project team leads to identify challenges and ensures such challenges are eliminated by liaising with relevant personnel to provide solutions. In situation where necessary, identify alternatives to overcome challenges. Forecasts and updates project schedule by liaising with planning engineer. Thus, arranges and coordinates daily, weekly and monthly meeting for project team as well as maintains and monitors, project plan, project schedule and work hours of project team. More so, manages and coordinates project register as regards project change tracking and variances in baseline schedule and forecast.
