Supports project management to achieve service excellence. Provides and monitors schedule and set weekly targets for all departments in the LPG project. Coordinates and updates project status by checking and ensuring set daily project targets are achieved. Keeps track of project deadlines and prepares daily, weekly and monthly progress charts and reports. Collaborates with project team leads to identify challenges and ensures such challenges are eliminated by liaising with relevant personnel to provide solutions. In situation where necessary, identify alternatives to overcome challenges.
