August, 2016 - Prepare a baseline program for the project as per scope of work.
- Report to Project Control Manager and assist him in project management tasks.
- Interfacing with client and subcontractor planning teams for planning and reporting.
- Consult site teams for verification of progress and performance data.
- Work with estimating team and assist in developing tenders.
- Prepare and monitor resource loaded P6 schedules for pre contract, contract and post contract management.
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress and cost reports for executives.
- Import/export data from P6 schedules and create graphical and tabular reports as per requirements.
- Responsible for reports showing overall progress (S-curve analysis) based on each resource.
- Compare achieved progress against the baseline and adapted (revised) schedule.
- Analysis of sub-contractors base line schedules, job hours, resource estimates and progress reports.
- Provide training and mentoring to personnel using P6.
- Prepare Extension of time schedules (EOT) with all commercial aspects.
- Maintain the procedures and deliverables associated with planning activities.
- Chair in-house meetings and represent my organization in client progress review meetings.
