• Preparing and update Procurement status register, Construction Status register.
• Prepare change requests and work cost variation if required.
• Cost control and Budgeting
• Coordination with Clients, Subcontractors & Vendors
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly status reports with S curves phase wise
• Prepare 90 Days Look Ahead Schedule
• Prepare Productivity Reports
• Prepare and Update trend register
• Invoicing for Work done on monthly basis.
• Monitor the progress and prepare catch up plan if required
• Prepare Minutes of Meeting for weekly meetings with Client
• Coordinating Engineering, Procurement and construction activities
• Record delay activities and perform delay analysis
• Prepare risk register and perform risk analysis
