Successfully manage 5 planning engineers to prepare & update the schedules of 5x50 MWac (322 MWp) PV solar projects for 5 well-known clients (General Electric, TAQA Arabia, Shapoorji Pallonji, EDF, & El Sewedy). Manage the submission of timely daily, weekly & monthly progress reports to clients. Manage the preparation of internal plans & lookaheads. Discuss & follow up the execution of these plans with projects stakeholders including, but not limited to, SWPL engineering, procurement/logistics, construction, subcontractor, & management teams. Manage the application of smart scheduling fast tracking & crashing techniques to expedite the progress & avoid schedule slippage. Identify projects risks & challenges and plan for risk mitigation scenarios. Create a consolidated dashboard showing projects progress for management & executives review.
