• MMHKT is the main Contractor for the construction of Doha Metro Rail Project • Assigned in the development of stations and stabling yard integration programme – Civil construction, tracks & 3rd rail, equipment installation, commissioning and hand-over. • Apply mixed approaches to project development thereby allowing for a more organized monitoring and control. • Review contract documents for each sub-contractors’ package, evaluate risk on the activities, and advise the Engineering/ Project Manager of any deficiency and mitigation approaches. • Review and approve/ comment on construction schedules as submitted by the sub-contractors, and ensure that recommendations are in place. • As certain contractors’ compliance to the client approved project schedule requirements by intensive coordination, monitoring, and reporting. • Review contractors proposed site organization, planners’ CV’s and report evaluation to the Engineering/Project Manager. • Participate with PMC staff in reviewing the close out reports as submitted by contractors. • Perform roles standard to the work flow assigned.
