Senior Project & Planning Engineer, Hyundai Heavy Industries Ltd, Offshore Flow Assurance

Job Responsibility: Build effective working relationships with other departments and other parties as appropriate Provide a day to day planning support the Project Engineers/ Lead Discipline Engineers to help ensurethe successful and timely delivery of all work within assigned project Review and report on schedule Critical path analysis of the support network schedule. Providing detailed project plan and schedule development in Primavera P6. Variance analysis of critical paths. Working closely with the project team assisting and guiding on any project planning issues. Participation in the Weekly/Monthly Progress Meeting, Coordination Meetings withclients/consultant/contractors Monitor work progress of the project activities Monitoring of work activities on daily/weekly basis based on the current status of physical works Preparing and monitoring of sub‐contractors Schedule of Works on weekly/monthly basis includingtracking of the current resource usage ‐ actual vs. plan Planning & Scheduling of Works by Primavera (7.0) Site verification on actual works percentage achieved by contractors Preparation/submission of the Monthly Progress Claim/invoices/Change Orders Preparation of Cash Flow Statement for each project undertaken including forecasting the critical pointof financial status/point/period of each project Prepare and Submit Monthly Cost Report & Monthly Invoice to COMPANY Assist Contract advisor to raised Change Order potential to COMPANY and provide the estimated cost for all items for its approval
