May, 2015 - Preparation of Work Progress Reports as per the daily, weekly and monthly progress basis, Co-ordination with site team and planning & QA/QC team for co-ordination etc.
- Preparation of S-Curve (Schedule Vs Actual).
- Preparation of Project’s Running Bills.
- Checking of Sub Contractor’s Bills & Preparing the debit notes etc.
- Preparation of presentation & MOM for project review meetings.
- Generating the Job Procedures of the Project as per the tender requirement.
- Handling all Kinds of Documentation Work.
- Handing over of all kinds of Documents as well as reconciliation at Project handing over.
- Correspondence with Clients, Subcontractors, Vendors, Suppliers etc.
- Preparing the Letters for all the Intimations & Permissions from Statutory Authorities.
- Co-ordination & follow up with all the Departments as well as the Clients Supporting the Project Management Team as & when required
