Part of Shell’s Global Projects Organisation seconded to Shell Gabon’s Toucan and Koula projects. Cost Management Focal Point in Project Management team on >US$ 0.6 billion fast-track appraisal and phased development projects (40 wells, FEED, EPFs and EPCs). Developed robust controls framework for EPC phases, reinforcing the risk management process across a multi-venture environment. Implemented and enforced VOWD, Commitment and Progress capture and reporting systems for full field development to ensure ‘no surprises’. Ensured full transparency on contingency drawdown and phasing through change management and variation order control. Prepared monthly cost accruals. Led master and annual budget preparations, including presentation to Gabonese Government.
