Ø Preparation of work package for the project phase , with cash flow & manpower histogram and manage the project control operations throughout until the completion of the project
Ø Monitoring the project with respect to budgeted cost, as built plans , time over runs based on various analytical tools e.g Critical Path Analysis
Ø Prepare Project Management tools & technique e.g S-Curve, Earned Value analysis to determine the Progress of the Project against the actual work done on weekly and Monthly bases.
Ø Forecasting and provision of necessary advice to construction team on how to avoid slippages and profer precautionary measure on any liquidity damage that may be cause due to delay.
Ø Making a recovery programme for the reporting month slippage and monitor every activity to ensure it was delivered according to the recovery date.
Ø Cushion between the actual work on site and the out of sequence activities thereby ensuring that the targeted date is achieved with the use of analytical tools.
Ø Expert Knowledge of Primavera P6,FIDIC,
Ø Preparation of daily reports, chairing progress meetings, review of progress payment, implementation of project plans and specifications
Ø Assist QS team in take-off quantities and measurement of the level of work done.
Ø Generate internal progress and reporting procedures based on performance baseline values.
