Well versed with Primavera Project Planner. Develop master construction schedule of each project, fully quantified and resource loaded by using Primavera software P6 complying FIDIC Clause 14.1, 8.3. Also experienced a very good working knowledge of WBS coding structure, cost/schedule variance analysis, earned values, project trend and contract change notice, delay analysis and Management Reporting.

1. Preparation of master schedule program
2. Planning and scheduling of project activities to achieve efficient and timely completion
3. Monitoring, Updating and Preparation of periodical performance reports
4. Creating and Updating cash flow and Work flow using master schedule program.
5. Tracing out and emerging the Look Ahead Schedule progress on various environments.
6. Project’s Resource Tracking on weekly and monthly basis.
7. Creating and Maintaining Extension and variation program using Primavera P6.
8. Material procurement schedule preparation for long lead items on weekly/monthly basis.
9. Work closely with Planning Manager in main office for the schedule preparation of all new project’s proposals with resource estimation.
10. Work closely with Planning Manager in main office for the preparation of Corporate / Divisional program with dashboard reports for CEO presentation.
