Scope of Work of the projects:
Engineering (Detailed), Procurement & Construction works for the above buildings, roads, external lighting,
boundary walls etc. including commissioning of various systems viz. potable/domestic water, hot/cold water,
foul/waste water, storm/rain water, fire fighting, gas, air conditioning, electrical power/lighting, grounding,
public address, sound, fire alarm, telephone/communication/television for the buildings.
Duties & Responsibilities
1) Planning, Scheduling & Control by preparing & updating Schedules (CPM Networks, Bar Charts), Resource (manpower/equipment) loading schedules/histograms, progress curves, cash flow(in/out) charts, look ahead schedules, Forensic Planning, Time Extension Claims using Primavera Project Planner (P3 for Windows) and Microsoft Excel & Word software. Attending Progress Review Meetings with the consultants.
2) System development for progress measurement, analysis & reporting through Daily, Weekly, Monthly Reports.
