1. Responsible for updating the level 2, 3, 4 schedules including Project Baseline,engineering, Procurement, Construction and Installation.
2. Updating the Master document register, Procurement Control Sheet, Manning Histogram and controlling the activities.
3. Preparation of S-Curve for E, P, C, I and monthly updating.
4. Preparation of Weekly progress report (WPR), monthly progress report (MPR) and Monthly Review presentation.
5. Preparation of Client Billing and provide the necessary back up and calculation to the client.
6. Coordination with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation department for engineering planning.
7. Preparation of Budget, cost to completion and cash flow analysis.
8. Prepare the Cost Control report and Cash Flow analysis, SBU, MD report for management review.
9. Subcontractor billing and Expediting for payments.
10. Looking after the Contractual issues to push up the Contract department.
11. Identifying potential delays, analyzing and issuing proposed corrective actions as required.
12. Providing necessary details, data, history of events and working with Contracts department for preparation of Claims for Cost and schedule impact.
