Currently contracted to Systech International in London.
My current position is as Senior Planner working in Sheffield for 3 months on a new Power plant which is overspent and in Delay. Primarily though I am repsonsible for building up the Delay Analysis for a number of buildings on this civils project. This has meant researching as built data from programmes and site diaries, monthly and weekly meeting reports. I have demonstrated the Planned v As built position for the design and also Construction elements of the project.
I have been using P6 for the progress update as this is what the client has been using, but ASTA PP for thje presentation of the Delay and Disruption Programmes, as the presentation quality is far superior to P6
I have also been doing progress up date and assessment every week and reporting to the management team on the critical path changes and flagging up potential delays.
