v Prepare Tender Preliminary schedule including Project Codes, Activity Codes and WBS Codes
v Prepare detail Baseline Construction Schedule incorporating all the aspects of works from Engineering, Procurement, Mobilization, Construction, Fabrication, Installation and Turn-over
v Prepare Histograms, S‐Curves, Cost/ Resource Loading and Look‐ahead Schedules which include the design and forecasting of accomplishment to meet the target milestone.
v Reviewing & Analyzing the critical path of the assigned project then recommend solution to avoid delay
v Prepare progress update using Earned Value Management
v Ensure that the procurement and delivery schedule are well planned and in accordance with the construction sequence.
v Conducting ocular site inspection to ensure that the flow of work is in accordance with the project methodology and priorities according to work sequence
