Acting as the proposal team member in bidding phase including:

• Preparation of contractual requirements of planning and scheduling parts of proposal;
• Preparation of Level I, II and III Schedule for EPCC parts of project.

Rabigh II Refining and Petrochemical Project – Rabigh, SAUDI ARABIA

The extension of Rabigh Petrochemical Plant in Rabigh city with initial value of 1.7 billion US$ awarded to GS E&C for completion of EPCC parts of project in CP3, CP4 and UO1 packages;

Acting as the project planner, scheduler and control expert including:

• Defining scope of work;
• Preparation of WBS of project;
• Preparation of Planning & Scheduling procedures including Progress Measurement System;
• Estimating time and development of Level II and III of schedule;
• Controlling the project using Earned Value Management and In-House management software named SITS (Schedule Information Tracking System).
