Senior QS/Cost/Planning Engineer, AL HUDA Engineering Works, Buildings, Roads & Infrastructure Works

My present role in the company are basically as follows:

1. Pre/post-review of variation/extension of time claims for building works, roads and infrastrucutre works.  Accordingly, initiate and prepares objectively the respective claims and reports.
2. Responsible in preparing Cost Loading Schedule for on-going projects.
3. Prepare technical submittals of tender projects, i.e. Method Statement, S-Curves, Histograms & Implementation Schedules.
4. Review and prepare comprehensive WBS using permitted softwares.
5. Capable and able to prepare cost control analysis and reports using EVM.
6. Advise/resolve any contract issues using best praxis.
