Lead and supervise a project controls group consisting of Schedulers, Cost Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, and Document Controllers in order toprovide Project Controls Services to Client(resources management, project/construction schedule development, cost control and forecasting, schedule control and forecasting document management).Assigned to under-performing handling Operational & Maintenance/Small Caps for Chevron’s Duri Oilfield. Provide consistent capital and maintenance improvement, efficiencies and performance (managing, monitoring and Controlling) for Client’s Contractors
Responsibilities as follow as;
- Lead and supervise a project controls group consisting of Schedulers, Cost Engineers, Quantity Surveyor, and Document Controllers in order to to provide Project Controls Services to Client.
- Execute continuous mentoring program from senior to junior personnel in project control group during the performance of services
- Ensure all project control systems, process and procedures are consistently and well implemented to meet client's expectation.
- Work closely with client and client's contractors to have proper construction resources distribution and to support project/construction completion on schedule and budget.
- Report to and assist Program Management & Administration Manager for execution of project controls services
- Facilitate execution & field administration of work authorization
- Prepare and maintain Contractor Work Allocation Plan
- Draft and prepare WBS for every project
- Prepare and maintain project master schedules
- Monitor and report project schedules, costs and contractor resources
- Provide cost and schedule estimates
- Reviews reports generated by the PC Section before issue, or delegates that function to a reliable party within the PC Section other than the one who produced the report.
- Provide reviewed and reliable consolidated PC-Section input to weekly and monthly reports to Client
