· Review of Baseline schedule in accordance to contract documents. · Update overall Baseline Project Schedule weekly from B&V, Owner, and contractor input. · Review and analyze the Baseline Project Schedule critical path. · Assist contractor recovery scheduling efforts. · Provide feedback to the Project Manager on issues affecting schedule. · Integrate the individual contractor schedule into overall Baseline Project Schedule to reflect changes made in variation orders. |
· Review contractor Two Week Look-Ahead schedule to ensure correlation with the Baseline Project Schedule.
· Perform cost estimating for contract changes. · Update project costs and budgets for approved changes. · Develop and maintain contractor field progress measurements, and update on weekly basis through face-to-face meetings with Construction Contractors and CM staff. · Responsible to update the forecasted project cost at completion on regular basis, no less than once per month. · Provide feedback to the Project Manager on issues affecting cost. · Direct and perform quantity take-offs as required to support construction planning and invoice approval. |
