A self motivated, result oriented Civil Engineering professional working in Construction industry for Eight years (Seven years in UAE), being able to handle all Civil works from planning to handover phase and having excellent verbal and written communication skills, involved extensively in project planning (Primavera), scheduling, EOT claims preparation, delay analysis, execution, monitoring, costing, taking off quantities, procurement of materials and overall handling of mixed use projects independently.
DESIGNATION: Planning Engineer (reporting directly to GM)
PROJECTS:
1. Prepare Baseline schedule and weekly updating for proposed Construction of Bus service station at Al Khwaneej for RTA/PTP.
2. Weekly updating of construction program for Construction of Bus Depot at Jebel Ali for RTA/PTP.
3. Prepare Clause-14 program for proposed Extension of Qassimiah Hospital Sharjah for Ministry of Public works.
4. Prepare Master program for proposed Construction of 14 filling stations for ADNOC distribution.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Preparation of Master schedule of the works identifying project activities in coordination with engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning departments.
· Monitor the progress of project on regular basis through updating the schedule.
· Identifying and reporting potential critical activities to Project manager ensuring proper control for the progress.
· Progress analysis and productivity reporting, including histograms, S-curves and progress reports
· Posses good knowledge of FIDIC and prepare contractual claims accordingly.
· EOT claims preparation and delay analysis (using IAP & TIA techniques).
· Liaison with the Client’s representative, Consultant, subcontractors and suppliers ensuring proper progress at site.
· Methodological approach to scheduling with excellent attention to details.
· Attending weekly and monthly coordination meetings.
· Excellent written and verbal communication and correspondence skills.
