· Project co-ordination with Engineering, Procurement & Execution
· Establishing Project Cost Estimation (ACE).
· Monthly Job cost report & Cost control measures.
· Preparing resource requirement schedule.( Plant, Manpower, Staff, Bulk material, Infrastructure etc)
· Progress monitoring, reporting & follow-up.( Review meeting, revision of schedule, comparison with actual project schedule etc)
· Establishing item rates; negotiation with Sub-contractors.
· Preparation of Client Bill & S/C Bill for entire Mechanical works.
· Co-ordination of Inspection activities with clients and consultants
Co-ordination with commissioning team & PG test and handing over.
