§ Prepare and update detailed work schedules for some of the project’s critical activities like System Pressure Testing Schedule and Plant Shutdown Piping Tie-In Schedule using the Primavera Project Planner.
§ Monitor, quantify and report the work accomplishments, manpower and expended man-hours in my area of responsibility
§ Quantity take-off for progress reporting and billing purposes
§ Prepare the project’s monthly progress billing
§ Establish and update progress database and monitoring systems for some of the project’s essential activities like the Systems Pressure Testing, Piping Tie-In Works, and Systems Punchlist Clearing for the purpose of project management and company executive management reporting
