· Updating schedule and preparing weekly progress reports for internal & external customers.
· Preparing reports on causes for delays and their cost implications
· Coordinating with PMO, Client, Statutory Authorities and Execution team
Achievements
- Overseen the execution of the project involving 450MT of structural steel, 350 MT of rebar, 3250 Cum of Concrete and completion of the project ahead of the schedule by 18 days without any LTI (Lost Time due to Injury) in the entire duration of the project
- Preparing data and getting approval for EOT claims for 120 days
