- Prepare & update construction program & procurement
program on weekly & monthly basis.
- Recording progress of work & forwarding to Q.S.
- Progress monitoring & preparation of reports, to improve the progress with calculated resources.
- Prepare / update monthly and quarterly progress reports
- Coordination with Q.S. while preparing monthly Payments/Billing.
- Preparation of claims for additional works & hand over to Q.S.
- Prepare Work Orders & Coordinate with Sub-Contractors.
- Prepare and collecting data for Tendering / Bidding.
- Prepare cash flow and other financial matters.
- Identifies the technical specifications of a corporate contract and ensures that contract terms conform to business requirements.
- Ensuring that the contract terms are duly delivered by the contractor
- Check milestones & other deliverable by Contractor
- Drafts, lays out and specifies technical devices, analyzes data and makes decisions
- Coordination of contractual issues/works related to the project
- Review of project correspondences received and advise any problem areas together with identification of any changes/additions/deletions to the contract
- Preparing and negotiating subcontract agreements in conjunction with Purchasing and/or Subcontract Department
- Actively draft all contractual correspondence and ensure follow up
- Ensuring that clear and accurate records of contractual matters are maintained and to monitor key dates, against dates defined in the main contract and any subcontracts
- Prepare IPCs and sub-contractor bills.
