June, 2013 Responsible for all planning aspects, programming and progress control of the project, ensure that all project submissions, approvals, procurement, and Milestones are met. Monitoring and following up the project progress, and ensure that all potential delays and risks are addressed and dealt with in appropriate manner.
Liaise with the client and contractor to review and agree the project progress.
Manage micro programmes when required to ensure the delivery of the projects
Chairing planning, progress, procurement, and special meetings. Develop and prepare monthly, weekly and any special reports to the management and the clients.
