I'm experienced in managing & working with Progress Monitoring, Progress Reporting procedures, Construction and Commissioning Schedules (Feasibility, Plan V/s Actual S-Curves, Manpower & Resource Histograms, and Scheduling etc.), Performing delay analysis, Manpower Productivity Analysis & close follow up of Performance Indicators, identifyingthe major delay contributing activities from the Project Master Schedule and highlight & ensure to Management to make sure effective measures are taken to avoid delays for project completion.
