July, 2004 Paul was employed By Faithful & Gould at BNFL to develop a portfolio of projects in P3 with a view to transition to P3E being handled by the Change Management dept at Sellafield. Responsibilities included standardising a suite of existing and new schedules, development of standard programme templates, new coding structures, and global reports to allow a move from a Project Control to a Programme Control environment. He left when the position of Planning Manager for MWH was offered to him.
