- Coordinate with project team and conduct the PTPR[Project team project review meeting]
- Prepare the PTPR report finalises the Action and concern of the project on basis of present status.
- Monitoring the Sub contractor works and update the Schedule accordingly
- Critical Path analysis and Earn value analysis
