Senior Planning/ Cost Engineer
Review of Statement of Requirements (SOR), Preparation of high level plans for future project including endorsement of Project Initiation Notes (PIN)
Review of SOW and preparation of planning and project controls related appendixes (B, D, G/H) to the bid package
Review of Organization-wide procedures on behalf of Department
Prequalification of contractors, Participation in Mid Tender Meetings, Bid clarification and evaluation
Review and approval of all project controls submittals by contractor as part of project mobilization
Budget Phasing, support of Budget Controller to obtain AFE approval from Corporate Finance
Cost Control including preparation of service entry sheets, review and approval of contractor VOWD/ invoices, and reporting including analysis/ justification of variances and review of contractor claims.
Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to management
Project close-out including preparation of Asset Classification Schedule
