April, 2008 - Reviews implementation schedules on continuing basis to ensure achieving the required goals.
- Help Project management team in comparing project achievements with the target schedule and highlight area of concern.
- Help Project management team in Evaluating project schedule and cost performance by earned value measurements.
- Analyze delays by creating delay responsibility matrix (preliminary document helps in case of future claims).
- Guide the PM how to recover the delays either in days or slippage in Project percent complete.
- Initiate and unify a new format for Contractors/ Consultant Monthly Progress Report to be prepared by the Contractors/ Consultant and reviewed by Project management team.
- Work closely with project management team to assure timely activities, high-quality incorporation and efficient use of resources to meet requirements.
- Check and follow up the Project budgeted cost and how it will be distributed on all over the project duration (Cash Flow).
- Provide the projects management team with reports on the project’s status and escalate any issues as necessary.
