Following are some of the responsibilities during this Assignment:
Plan, Monitor and analyze discipline wise progress, efficiency and productivity reports based on Earned Man Hour, Quantities and Actual Man Hour.
Generate and monitor daily, weekly & monthly look-ahead schedule, targets for the area Engineer and Supervisors based on Level-IV plans.
Schedule analysis, and performance reports (Weekly & Monthly).
Identification of bottlenecks.
Milestone Analysis & Delay Analysis.
Project execution plan, manpower histogram & organization charts.
Material calculation for Emergency Spillway Structures.
Bar bending schedule preparation according to drawings for Emergency Spillway structures.
Preparation of Bills of Sub-Contractors.
Preparing Bar Bending Schedules according to drawings.
Ensure proper use of construction equipments, manpower and other resources.
Manpower deployment, labour control and site supervision.
Prepare daily progress reports.
Execution and Supervision to Maintain quality and safety standard at job area, giving prime importance to the human and assets safety and having good housekeeping in work area.

Following are some of the responsibilities during this Assignment:
Generate daily & weekly look-ahead schedule, targets for the area Engineer and Supervisors based on Level-III plans from P3 (Primavera Project Planner).
Site inspection and visit, collecting actual data of progress and put that into system database program.
Preparation of Work Permits (both Hot & Cold permits to work).
Estimation of Extra Work and daily Site Expenditure Report preparation for Extra Work.
Daily review meetings with Client, Engineers, senior management and area In-charges.
