Following are the responsibilities during this Assignment:
Create the bid & baseline schedules.
Develop Project WBS using the latest Project Management Tool, Primavera P5.
Provide analysis and narrate the effects of changes, impacts, and acceleration on schedules.
Monitor and update project schedules and prepare daily & monthly reports.
Plan, schedule and provide work direction as required for preparation of designs & reports to fulfill the site execution requirements.
Mentor the site planners.
Note critical delay events and collect the required data to prepare EOT claims.
