Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I'm looking to hire on at least one Project Controls Specialist for a position in Boston, MA, USA.

The position will be in service to a design/architecture firm and the role's responsibility will be to serve as an Owner's rep and provide technical construction expertise to the Owner's own project manager.

NECESSARY EXPERIENCE: 4+ years on-site building construction experience and experience with a CM-at-Risk delivery model (or CM-as-Agent or any of its permutations), and more-than-competent with Primavera, Excel, and Word; English language is necessary and you'll need to be able to cobble together meaningful, customized metrics reports based on particular Owner needs.

This particular project is going to go around 18mo, but there's a high probability of more jobs following this one: we're trying to grow a (small) department.
