(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Jose

We all get a lot of these - the rule is delete them and NEVER reply because they now have your email linked to the fact that you may respond.

Be prepared for a lot of much more sophisticated attempts in future.

My advice is to change your email address ASAP.

By the way Halliburton have been making fish oil capsules in the UK for generations - I was forced to take them up to the age of about 28 and my grandchildren now share the same joys.
