Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello

A Planner (Scheduler) is needed for a major Airport Building Program in Sacramento CA. (www.sacairports.org/int/)

The hiring firm is Faithful+Gould. (www.fgould.com)

The potential candidate should have about 10 years experience in building works (construction) planning (scheduling). And general knowledge of project management.

Hi David,

With reference to your other posting about UK/US differences; the UK has the same problem. The housing cost disparity from one location to another can make a very good job unobtainable just on the price of houses alone.

It is interesting to note that the same applies elsewhere.

Hi Beverley;

Biggest problem is, who can afford to live there? I had discussions with someone out there about working out there. they won’t pay the cost of living increase necessary to move out there. Housing prices are astronomical.
