Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I worked out there for a while in the early 90’s. The company had to get a Brit planner as there were no Italians available. Ultimately went to Africa. You might find a similar route through someone like ABB group, AGIP etc.
Good luck

Hi Steve,

Since Italy is in the EU, there shouldn`t be any difficulties about you working there. If you click on this link there is some information which might be useful.

As for the demand for planners in Italy and what the money is like, afraid I can`t help you there.
