Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am not too sure why you made such a statement.
I visit this web site quite regularly because I find it very useful, and there are many many good and competent planners out there - judging from the way they answer queries.
What is EOT? You are talking about TIME, who is best to do this in an organization? Quite often, it is the planners. You need to quantify and substantiate it, a planner can do this better.
To move a step further, if these planners are able to write a story(claim) in a proper manner, explaining the factual part of the delay, and link it to the impacted program logic, then he is a very good EOT Specialist, simple as that.
However, I must agree that, there are a few people out there, to me, are just real "BANG BANG", they may not be working fulltime at all but try to let others know that they are GOOD and BUSY.

I think on planning planet, no one is EOT specialist. All are Bang Bang. This is very strange. When I contact a Panning Engineer, he declares clearly and claims that he can prepare EOT but ironically no one appear as EOT Specialist on this forum although they are working in EOT section of any Construction Group.

VERY Bad for all Planning planet Member who claims they are best Planner in the World. Its my challange to all PP members if any one have show:
