Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

I am not sure how it happened, but after importing mulitple xer into my master schedule I have hundreds of duplicate actvities. I need to identify or delete these activities. Any suggestions would be helpfull, going thru the schedule day by day could take awhile. I was hoping that a gobal change or doing a a sort could do it faster. but I just can't wrap my brain around this one.

any help would be appreciated

thanks for your time

Jon,

Export Activity Details to Excel through SDK... then mark the unnecessary activities with "Y" under the Delete column..

Import back the file to P6 then you're done.
