Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Samey,

This option is used to duplicate other cells within your programme. It is pretty similar to Microsoft Excel. If you want to populate several activities with a different calendar for example, you would make sure the little highlight box was in the calendar you wanted to copy down, select the activites to change or add calendar to by using either Shift or Control, then right click on the mouse and select fill down. This will copy the calendar to all selected activities.

I hope this helps!

Regards,

David Craig
