The Dang Project Centre (Dang PC) is a web application that was designed for project success. Centralising all project item in one central database for all project team to access and collaborate.
Dang Five Stages Framework (5S)
Dang Five Stages Framework known as “Dang 5S” concept was created and built by Dang Corporation from many years of research and development with consulting and experience from project management work on mega and major projects. The design aims to keep the framework intuitive, streamline and robust. This assists in driving result in all area of project management. Dang 5S framework can be applied in all level of project management from portfolio, program, project, WBS, activity, resource, issue, risk and others.
Dang 5S achieved this by decomposing each of the project management item into five stages and report on each stage progress.
