Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Once a UDF is created in in the Acivities view, it is available as a filter criteria. For text UDF’s, you will probably have the most success using "Contains" as the selection criteria instead of "equals" since there is no validation of UDF’s.

A common mistake is to make the UDF in the wrong module (like WBS) instead of Activities and then it won’t be available to filter on.

Hello Lead Management

Whoever or what you are if you wish to contribute to the PP forum then please do so as an individual.

As and when you do contribute at least make it meaningful.

Not many regards as yet.

Dear Almas,

You need to post this in under the correct category; depending on the software that you are using.

Try to use the help menu option in your software often.

With kind regards,

Samer
