Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Just like to know if it is possible in P6 to break a single schedule bar into 2 activities?

For example, i would like to show the procurement start date then followed by the activity start-end dates.

You cannot split tasks in P6 when planning, as far as i know.

You will need to put in multiple tasks.

The only scenario where you can split a task is during updating progress, when the suspend and resume function can be used.
