Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

hello everyone
i have one problem
- i designed a report to include activities, resources and progress pictures.
- What happens is if the picture is at the very buttom of the page, the rest of the picture shows on the next page.
- how can i edit the report to make the picture start on a new page if this page won’t contain it?

It looks bad and unprofessional in reports.

I sure hope the upcoming Promavera edition has more to offer.

Good Day,

We had the same problem, and it appears we still do. We frist brought this to Primavera attention 3 years ago and were promised it was going to be fix in either a service pack or in P6. It appears Primavera hasn’t found a fix.

The problem stems from the size of the text area (in notebooks and steps). I can’t remember how large the text field actually is, but I do know you cannot force a page break or add carrage returns to force the picture on the next page.

This apperars to be a Primavera enhancement that is too hard to fix.
