Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

The reason probably is the printer or the driver.
Is the correct driver installed?
If you have access switch off the printer, wait a minute, then switch on again.
If still not ok, try a different font - arial in general works.
Can you print-out docs with the same font out of your word-processing system?

The reason is not P6.
Good luck!

Hi Dieter,

Actually it is marked so it should be showing in the print .In fact the activity table is showing without the text.

If the table isn’t printed: File --> Print preview --> page setup (the icon in the upper left corner) --> option --> mark "activity table" --> "Apply"
If I understood your question correctly, then this should work.
