Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hello all,

I am graduate planner , had quite short working experience with P3e . I am trying to work out the budget manhours by report wizard . I can work out the monthly budget manhours . But follow the same steps to work out the weekly one. The date interval changed in to week , but the budget manhours is still monthly . Can anyone tell me how to work out the budget manhours by week please .Thank you very much .

Regards

Jia

Hi Jia
I’m not sure if I really got your question.
Have a look under Edit --> User Preferences --> resource analysis. The last line is "Interval for resource calculations". There you entered "Month", I suppose. Then the smallest intervall for calculations will be the month. Change it into days or week - depends on your reporting needs.
Hope, this will help.
