Tips on using this forum..

(1) Explain your problem, don't simply post "This isn't working". What were you doing when you faced the problem? What have you tried to resolve - did you look for a solution using "Search" ? Has it happened just once or several times?

(2) It's also good to get feedback when a solution is found, return to the original post to explain how it was resolved so that more people can also use the results.

Hi Folks,

Is there any way that I can drag the progress spotlight over a bunch of activities, then when I press schedule the activity status’ are updated according to the progress spotlight?

For example if I drag the PS over an activity that hasn’t started. When I press schedule, it will have automatically started the activity for me.

Is this possible?

Any help would be fantastic.

Hi Matthew,

You can use progress spotlight to update your activities. Highlight your activities using progress spotlight then select Tools-> Update Progress and tick all highlighted activities and click Apply.

Note: You will notice that the date specified is based on your progress spotlight.
